Slats are made from laminated layers of wood much like plywood. Each slat is just over 3″ wide and at the described thickness of just over half an inch. Slat spacing is a max of 2″ using the connected webbing. The queen set comes as connected sets of 8 and 7 slats — made installing the whole set more manageable. All slats have a smooth veneer on top and a cushioned covering on the back. Holding in place and quiet — no squeaking. Cloth gloves were included for installation. I was initially hesitant given the price, but these heavy-duty slats appear to be good value.

These were exactly what the platform needed for better comfort. The platform had a center rail with metal arms that attached to the sides — I ordered these to cross the metal arms. They come in two connected batches and are 1″ plywood sanded on one side and non-slip coated on the other. Added a little height but eliminated all the low spots and provided amazing support to the mattress. Definitely worth it.

These bed slats are definitely heavy duty! Each slat measures 9/16″ thick and 3⅛″ wide, cut from 9-layer plywood of very good quality. The manufacturer supplies a pair of gloves and a free eye mask. They come preassembled in two sections — took 5 minutes to get them out of the packaging and connect the velcro straps. Narrow spacing for full mattress support without sagging, plus good air circulation. Non-stick rubberized bottom with silicone bumps prevents sliding. Highly recommend for full mattress support without needing a box spring!

The slats were well packaged and protected by double cardboard box packaging. The package has some heft so may need help moving. Slats are made from laminated layers of wood much like plywood. Each slat is just over 3'' wide (3 3/8'') and at the described thickness of just over half an inch. Length for the queen was right at 59''. Slat spacing is a max of 2'' using the connected webbing. The queen set comes as a connected set of 8 slats and 7 slats for a total of 15. This made installing the whole set more manageable. All slats have a smooth veneer on the top side and a cushioned covering on the back side. So far the slats are holding in place and quiet without any squeaking or noises. Cloth gloves were included to help protect your hands during installation. I was initially hesitant to purchase given the high price, but these heavy duty slats appear to be a good value for your money.

These bed slats are definitely heavy duty! Each slat measures 9/16" thick (over _ inch!) and 3" wide. They are cut from a 9-layer plywood that appears to be of very good quality. There are no imperfections in the plywood or any notecable splintering on my slats. But just in-case there might be some, the manufacturer supplies a pair of gloves to use when arranging the slats onto your bedframe. Overall, quality is excellent, and in my opinion, these are well worth the price! They come with a lifetime warranty as well. In addition, a nice touch was that the manufacturer includes a free eye mask. All slats are securely held together by super-strong elastic straps attached to each of the boards. These slots come preassembled, and in two sections, to make assembly super easy... It took me literally 5 minutes to get them out of their shipping packaging, lay them out and fasten the two seperate sections with the velcro straps that come attached to the boards. The narrow spacing of the boards is perfect for full mattress support, without any mattress sagging that I can notice. In addition, it allows for good air circulation, important to keep your mattress mold free. On the bottom side of each of the slats, there is a non-stick rubberized surface with silicone raised bumps to prevent sliding. On the top side, it is finished in a nice wood veneer increasing its durability. Since the slots are over " thick, they are highly resistant to bending! I highly recommend these high quality, heavy duty bed slats for full support of any mattress on a bed frame without the need to purchase and use a boxspring!

These were exactly what the platform needed for better comfort. Although, I didn't use them as they were designed and intended. I ordered a platform higher for the mattress a year or so back. Over time I started getting low spots. The platform design had a center rail with metal arms that attached to the sides. I ordered these to cross the metal arms vertically. I didn't order the vertical ones on purpose because my platform does not have a lip rail and I wanted to make sure they didn't extend beyond the platform. These come in two connected batches and are 1 inch plywood sanded on one side and non slip coated on the other side. Which was perfect for what I wanted these to do. They added a little height but eliminated all the low spots and provided amazing support to the mattress. Next to just getting a full sheet of plywood and rigging a center support if you don't have one this works amazingly. Definitely worth it for what you get if you are need.

These exceeded my expectations. I purchased them for the bunk beds in one of my vacation rentals because the original slats constantly shifted out of place. The slats have a rubberized surface on one side and are connected together with heavy-duty fabric, which helps keep them from moving and makes a noticeable difference. The opposite side features a nice wood veneer, so they don't look cheap or unfinished. The ends are rounded, which adds a more premium touch, and the overall construction feels solid and well made. Installation is easy just unbox and unroll. The spacing is narrow, so I no longer have to worry about the bed sagging between the boards. They seem capable of supporting a good amount of weight, even though an exact rating isn't specified. For the quality, I think the price is fair. These are far better than basic wooden slats and feel like a real upgrade.
