Returns & Warranty Policy
Returns We have a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a return. To be eligible for a return, your item must be in the same condition that you received it — unused and in its original packaging. You'll also need your receipt or proof of purchase.
To start a return, contact us at support@meliusly.com. If your return is accepted, we'll send you a prepaid return shipping label along with instructions on where to send your package. Items sent back without first requesting a return will not be accepted.
Damages and Issues Please inspect your order upon receipt and contact us immediately if the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect. Any cosmetic damage must be reported within 30 days of delivery to be eligible for a replacement or refund.
Exchanges The fastest way to get the right product is to return your item and place a new order once the return is accepted.
Refunds Once we receive and inspect your return, we'll notify you whether the refund is approved. If approved, you'll be refunded to your original payment method within 5-10 business days. Note that your bank or credit card company may take additional time to post the refund.
Lifetime Warranty We stand behind the quality of our products with a lifetime warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. If your product ever fails due to a manufacturing defect or structural failure under normal household use, we will send you a free replacement.
