Will this fit my couch?
The Sofa & Chair Cushion Support Board comes in 10 sizes designed to fit standard sofas, sectionals, and chairs. Lift your cushions and measure the width and depth of the seat frame underneath. Choose the size that matches. If you’re between sizes, contact us with measurements and we’ll help you choose.
Will it be visible?
No. The board sits between your cushions and the sofa frame, fully hidden from view. From outside, your sofa looks exactly the same — but feels like new.
How does this differ from cushion inserts or foam pads?
Cushion inserts and foam pads sit on top of the existing cushions or replace them entirely. They wear out, compress, and need replacing every few years. A support board sits underneath the cushions and provides a rigid foundation that doesn’t break down. Once installed, it firms up sagging cushions for years without further attention.
Will it work for my chair, not just a sofa?
Yes. We make the board in chair sizes (single-chair and 2-pack configurations) specifically for armchairs, recliners, and accent chairs. Choose the chair-sized variant when ordering.
How heavy is the board? Can I move my couch with it installed?
The board is lightweight relative to the rest of your sofa — moving the sofa with the board installed is the same as moving the sofa without it. The board doesn’t add meaningful weight.
Will this work with sectionals?
