We offer a 30-day hassle-free return policy. If you're not completely satisfied with your support board purchase, return it in its original packaging for a full refund or exchange. Items must be unused and in their original condition.
Yes! We offer free 3-day delivery on all orders over $50. Standard shipping is available for orders under $50 at a flat rate of $5.99.
Most orders ship within 1-2 business days. Standard delivery takes 5-7 business days. Express 2-3 day shipping is available at checkout. Orders over $50 qualify for free 3-day delivery.
Once your order ships, you'll receive an email with tracking information. You can also log into your account to view order status and tracking details.
Absolutely! Start an exchange through your account within 30 days of delivery. We'll send your new board as soon as we receive the return. If there's a price difference, you'll be charged or refunded accordingly.
Contact us within 48 hours of delivery with photos of the damage. We'll arrange a free replacement or full refund — no need to return the damaged item.
Our support boards are available in a range of sizes to fit standard furniture dimensions. Each product page includes exact measurements so you can confirm the right fit before ordering. Custom sizing is not currently available.
Standard sofa support boards are designed to reinforce sagging seat cushions on regular sofas and couches. Sleeper sofa support boards are thinner and flexible enough to fold with the pull-out mechanism, so the bed can still open and close normally while providing firm support when in use.
Our support boards are constructed from high-density engineered wood with a smooth, finished surface. They are built to be rigid, moisture-resistant, and durable under daily use.
Our support boards are rated to hold up to 500 lbs of evenly distributed weight. They are tested for long-term use under normal household conditions. See individual product pages for specific load ratings.
Our boards are designed for sofas, couches, and sleeper sofas with standard frame construction. They may not be compatible with furniture that has center legs or unconventional frame geometry. If you are unsure, contact us before ordering and we can help confirm compatibility.
Installation is tool-free and takes under five minutes. Remove the seat cushions, set the board flat across the furniture frame, and replace the cushions on top. The board sits between the frame and cushions — no fasteners required.
We do not recommend cutting the boards, as it may weaken the structural integrity and void the return policy. If a standard size does not fit your furniture, contact us — we can help you find the closest match or advise on trimming safely.
Wipe the surface with a damp cloth and mild soap as needed. Do not submerge in water or use abrasive cleaners. Allow to dry fully before replacing cushions.
With normal household use, our support boards are built to last for several years. The engineered wood construction resists warping and sagging. If you ever experience a structural defect, contact us and we will make it right.
